1 Still establishes direct distribution company in Portugal The intralogistics specialist Still strengthens its market presence on the Iberian Peninsula. All activities of the company in Portugal will from now on be bundled by an independent organization under the name Still, S.A.U. – Sucursal em Portugal. The new organization will be supported by the sales structure established by Still Iberia. www.still.de 4 2 Swisslog on a growth path Swisslog Warehouse & Distribution Solutions (WDS) has been selected to automate a new distribution center for tire manufacturer Michelin in North America. As well as this, Swisslog has been awarded an additional large-scale contract from an Asian corporation. Simai´s innovative approach and expertise in designing and manufacturing tow tractor solutions meet Toyota´s strategy to offer a complete range of material handling solutions for indoor and outdoor operations. www.toyota-forklifts.de 5 4 Integrated expands fleet with addition of Demag and Terex cranes In a massive fleet expansion, leading Middle East logistics provider, Integrated Logistics, Ahmadi, Kuwait, has taken delivery of a new Demag CC 3800-1 crawler crane, 20 Terex AC 100/4L all terrain cranes and 10 Terex Explorer 5600 all terrain cranes. The new cranes will join a fleet of more than 2,000 machines and be utilized by Integrated throughout the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. www.Terex.com 5 Fraunhofer IML plans new air cargo terminal in Doha The Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics IML, Germany has been awarded the contract to design the new air cargo terminal (CT02) at Hamad International Airport in Doha/Qatar.
